Aurora Scientific, in conjunction with InsideScientific, is thrilled to announce the launch of a new Virtual Poster Program. This educational project is aimed at showcasing novel, new science in the areas of muscle physiology, neuroscience and material science for researchers who are currently using Aurora Scientific equipment. By using this virtual platform, researchers are afforded the perfect opportunity to share and collaborate with scientists who have similar research goals and interests.

Joan Chandler, Vice President and Owner of Aurora Scientific, had this to say about the exciting new program:

“Aurora Scientific is passionate about supporting the scientific community in its goal of research and discovery. With the VPP we are proud to be able to showcase the work of early career researchers, enabling them to educate, engage and inspire, just as they have been educated, engaged and inspired by others. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help make this happen and look forward to working with each of you.”

If you want to get outside the conference hall and in front of a larger audience to present your scientific discoveries using Aurora Scientific equipment, this Virtual Poster Program is for you.

The team at InsideScientific, specialists in the production of educational webinars and workshops for preclinical researchers, are no strangers to virtual meetings and are equally excited about the impact an organized virtual poster forum can have on early career researchers.

“At InsideScientific, our mission is to augment scientific discovery by facilitating and continually improving the exchange of scientific information. We feel that by offering researchers platforms to share their science worldwide, specifically, the details, methodology and outcomes of their research, we can accelerate how small discoveries in the lab lead to key milestones in combating disease and improving human health.” said Andy Henton, Founder and Director of InsideScientific.

If you are interested in sharing your science and wish to get involved in the program, head over to our VPP landing page for complete information and to access the submission form.

Supporting Research Worldwide

For over thirty years Aurora Scientific instrumentation has been the choice of leading researchers around the world. Our selection of Dual-Mode lever systems and force transducers are used in a broad array of life science research specialties, including exercise and metabolism, cardiology, injury recovery, gerontology, disease progression, pharmacology and more. Our fast response sensors are considered benchmark instruments in olfaction research studying odor dynamics and pheromone/plume dispersion, and our mechanical stimulator technology is used in studies of the neuronal response to touch, pain and stretch. Many instruments have also been adapted for use by material science researchers studying the properties of artificial muscle, locomotion and nanomaterials.

Today, our staff operate from three locations, supporting ground-breaking research in over 40 countries conducted by our valued clients.
