  • Attend scientific conferences throughout the year, constantly building and maintaining relationships
  • Field sales calls and inquiries
  • Provide technical support to customers (once trained)
  • Develop scientific marketing skills and contribute educational content to various marketing channels (print, digital and video)

Success Criteria

Maybe you’ve already had experience working in a lab, maybe you’ve just graduated from a university program in a life or applied science program or perhaps you have a few years of experience as a consultant. Whichever path you’ve chosen, you are:

  • Dependable –our team, and clients, can count on your knowledge and understanding
  • Self-motivated – you see every new task as an opportunity to learn and grow. You learn by doing, and love to jump right into new tasks
  • A strong communicator – you can adapt your communication style to your audience and know how to be inquiring and responsive at the same time.
  • Mechanically inclined/practical –you have a natural appreciation for how things work and you’re comfortable handling and setting up equipment
  • Positive – you bring energy into the room by being courteous, helpful and by providing excellent training and support
